All Eyes on SEC

It is quite probable that the U.S. SEC will approve the spot Bitcoin ETF next week, since the transaction occurred at the same time that the issuers updated the 19b-4 modifications.

James Seyffart, an ETF analyst for Bloomberg, notes that although these submissions do not ensure approval, they do mark a major step forward. It is anticipated that the SEC will approve spot Bitcoin ETFs on January 11, according to senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas, who said that the final S-1s are due on Monday.
