AEREDIUM Secures US Patent for AI-Powered Real-Time Digital Asset Reserve Auditing

AEREDIUM Secures US Patent for AI-Powered Real-Time Digital Asset Reserve Auditing Blockchain News
  • Since no one model makes a decision, no single model can be tricked into making a false judgment.
  • The discrepancy between what a reserve was supposed to contain and what it really held has been the cause of every significant failure in the digital asset sector.

Today, AEREDIUM Holdings Inc. reported that on July 29, 2026, US Patent No. 12,694,407 B1, “Autonomous Auditing of Digital Asset Reserves Using a Multi-Model Architecture,” was granted by the US Patent and Trademark Office. Albert Dadon, the CEO and founder of AEREDIUM, invented the patent.

Stablecoin and other reserve-backed digital asset holders now depend on monthly or quarterly attestations from accounting companies, which are snapshots of reserves that change every second and are already weeks old at the time of publishing. The discrepancy between what a reserve was supposed to contain and what it really held has been the cause of every significant failure in the digital asset sector.

By substituting a pulse for the picture, the patented technology bridges the gap. A reserve is continuously examined from four different perspectives by four separate artificial intelligence models: a forecasting model that projects the reserve ratio forward and raises the alarm before a shortfall occurs, not after; a fraud-detection model trained to recognize manipulation; an anomaly-detection ensemble that flags what has never been seen before; and a deterministic compliance engine that applies strict regulatory rules without discretion and has complete control over the other three.

Since no one model makes a decision, no single model can be tricked into making a false judgment. The compliance engine may overrule all four, but at least three of them must concur. The system’s judgments range from PASS to CAUTION, ALERT, and HALT. A HALT is an act rather than a report since the system immediately tells the smart contract to reject pending token transactions, preventing an impaired reserve from trading against its holders.

Within the audit cycle, each decision is recorded to a blockchain and anchored to a second, independent chain, resulting in a permanent public record that cannot be altered or removed by any person, not even the issuer. Minutes, not months, are used to quantify audit cycles. Any owner of a digital asset may confirm the current status of the reserves supporting it.

“Trust in this industry has always been retrospective — you found out whether the reserves were there after it mattered,” said Mr Dadon. “This patent makes trust a live property of the asset itself. The verification travels with the token.”

The patent, which is the eighth US patent in the AEREDIUM portfolio, was reviewed and approved by the USPTO after substantial examination. It is a fundamental part of the institutional settlement Trust Layer of AEREDIUM.

AEREDIUM Holdings Inc. builds The Trust Layer, a blockchain infrastructure for institutional settlement where accuracy is not guaranteed by middlemen but rather enforced by hardware, encryption, and independent scrutiny. AEREDIUM is based in Austin, Texas, Melbourne, and Tel Aviv.
