Ethereum Price Analyzed
Ethereum exhibited its key price surges and lined up prominent upgrades since the start of March. Especially, post its Shapella upgrade, ETH recorded a rapid hourly surge. Adding to the upgrade hype, the account abstraction functionality garnered predominant attention.
Notably, the ETH price hovered between $1,750 to $1,800 in the last week. On the other hand, the Ethereum gas fees displayed a notable drop below $2, according to data from Santiment.
In the past week, ETH crucially hit its 7-month-high of $1,842. This spurred the hope of the crypto community to bet on Ether to reach $2k. Parallely, Bitcoin crossed $28,000 to signal the possibility to hit $30K. Seemingly, the US FOMC meet attracts the major attention of the crypto community. Traders and analysts are keenly watching out for the impact of the Fed’s decision on interest rate hikes at today’s FOMC meeting.
At the time of writing, according to CoinMarketCap, the price of Ethereum was $1.800 with a 24h price change of 2%.
