Cardano ADA becomes the fifth biggest cryptocurrency by market, this year it has raised seven-time high.
The founder of Cardano and the chief executive officer of the blockchain research and engineering company IOHK, Charles Hoskinson, has attended an interview with Bloomberg News about his company and the broader crypto ecosystem. Currently, IOHK is working with Ethiopia’s Ministry of Education on one of the world’s largest blockchain projects.
In the interview with Bloomberg, the founder of Cardano ADA, Hoskinson answered the question, How’s the Ethiopia project going, he told that the team has got more than a million people onboarded. And they are in the idea to do the first launch, which will be in September or October. The main goal of this launch is to get five million students.
Furthermore, he also shared his opinion about Ethereum and Tether. He told Vitalik is a young guy. He’s going to implement his young idea and his wealth towards the things he thinks are right for his ecosystem. Accordingly, he told that he guessed the most significant heavy lifting in their upgrade strategy will occur in 2022 and they will likely wrap it up by the end of the year 2022 or is the beginning of 2023.
Accordingly, Charles Hoskinson also discussed IOHK. He said Zero-knowledge cryptography, which is about the closest thing to magic in our industry. If somebody sends a Bitcoin, then you need to be able to have the whole blockchain to know that it’s real and hasn’t been double-spent. If you have zero-knowledge proofs, checking the proof gives you the same level of certainty.
