Bringing Decentralized Innovation to India’s Largest Government-Backed Tech Festival
Web3 Kerala (W3K) successfully concluded the W3K Web3 Summit as a major highlight of the Kerala Innovation Festival 2025 (KIF), India’s largest government-backed innovation event organized by the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM). The summit attracted over 350 Web3-focused participants and was part of a larger celebration that brought together 10,000+ attendees including developers, students, startups, creators, investors, and policymakers from across the country.
Held in Kochi on July 25–26, the summit marked a pivotal moment in Kerala’s growing embrace of decentralized technologies, blending blockchain with themes like AI, sustainability, and public-sector innovation.
A Cross-Sectoral Web3 Showcase
As the official Web3 partner of the Kerala Innovation Festival, Web3 Kerala curated a diverse and immersive Web3 experience that went beyond traditional crypto events. The W3K Web3 Summit featured multiple interactive zones, each designed to inspire, onboard, and activate new builders and creators:
- Summit Zone: Engaging talks, panels, and fireside chats with over 13 speakers highlighting the rise of Web3 in India, stories from successful founders, and emerging opportunities in decentralized tech.
- Gaming Zone: A high-energy play-to-earn Web3 gaming arena with PC and PS5 setups, where attendees tried games like Off the Grid, Paradise Tycoon,MapleStory Universe and Brawl Stars.

Gaming Zone: The Star Attraction of the Summit
One of the most exciting and engaging components of the W3K Web3 Summit was the Web3 Gaming Zone, a two-day activation that drew massive participation from attendees across all age groups and backgrounds.
