A new line of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) collection called CY-B3LLA, featuring artwork based on 3-D scans of U.S. supermodel Bella Hadid’s face and figure, has been introduced by the supermodel. Adorned by video games during the Covid-19 lockdown in New York, Hadid, 25, said she was fascinated by shared virtual world surroundings and desired “cool versions” of herself.
The NFTs were established to “encourage travel, community, growth, fantasy, and human interactions,” she stated earlier on Instagram. Digital assets that reside on the blockchain, a record of transactions that is maintained on networked computers, are known as NFTs. NFTs can be used to buy and sell virtually any type of digital content, including photographs, movies, music, and text.
Collection Inspired by Ten Countries
According to Hadid, the procedure was “super fun,” with the ultimate products capturing her “exact facial expressions.” NFT minting platform reBASE collaborated to create her collection of 11,111 NFTs. The CY-B3LLA NFTs were influenced by artists from ten different countries.
Bella said:
“To see what kind of version of me that their brain concocted was really interesting … There are so many different versions of me that you could make and not ones that I could ever dream up.”
Images of a robotic-looking Bella Hadid influenced by Japan will be the first batch of digital materials to be released between now and September. These NFTs can be used to gain entrance to real-world events attended by Hadid, as well as unlock incentives and other benefits. NFT trends across various sectors have been on a rise.
