- SUI token price surged 4.31% today and 10.78% this week.
- Trump’s World Liberty Financial announced a partnership with the SUI project.
Trump’s new announcement regarding the creation of a Bitcoin strategic reserve is making buzz across the industry. Donald Trump family’s crypto project, World Liberty Financial, resumed its token purchases yesterday. Meanwhile, SUI announced a strategic partnership with World Liberty Financial. Thus, its market price has increased significantly amidst market volatility.
SUI is trading at $2.82 at press time with over 4% price surge in the last 24 hours. Even though the token is facing extreme price fluctuations, it still managed to record an overall price increase. While its price increased by more than 10% this week, 21% dropped on a monthly basis. The 129% surge in its 24-hour trading volume reflects the increased investor interest.
SUI Collaborates with World Liberty Financial on Product Development and Token Reserve
As per a recent announcement on Sui Network official X account, the project has partnered with Trump’s World Liberty Financial (WLFI). With a shared ambition of creating a decentralised and transparent financial ecosystem, WLFI joined hacks with Sui.
Going forward, WLFI would include SUI in its strategic token reserve alongside existing tokens such as ETH, wBTC, ENA, MOVE, etc. Instead of being limited to WLFI’s strategic token reserve, the crypto project will also take part in exploring product development opportunities with WLFI.
Even though World Liberty Financial calls itself a DeFi protocol, it hasn’t yet come up with any of such products or services. It is circling across news media for its strategic token reserve accumulations.
WLFI recently invested $10 million in ETH, $10 million in wBTC, and $1.5 million in MOVE. With the establishment of a Bitcoin reserve ahead of White House Crypto Summit, WLFI might also start coming up with real time applications.
