- Scaramucci says, “The ninth circle of hell” is reserved for SBF
- Being a good friend, Sam betrayed me, recalls Scaramucci.
- The fall of FTX and Sam will not be an end to crypto.
Anthony Scaramucci, is the managing partner of SkyBridge Capital and a close friend of FTX founder, Sam Bankman-Fried. All of sudden there is a huge crack in their friendship and Scaramucci reveals it out in public.
Yesterday, Scaramucci attended a Casper Lab’s Blockchain Hub event as a speaker in Davos, Switzerland. During the speech, Scaramucci said, the betrayal of SBF is unbearable as I considered him as my true best friend. Notably, Scaramucci feels the betrayal right after the demise of FTX exchange.
Furthermore, I personally feel it is a betrayal as the word, betrayal and fraud differ at par level. Though I had a very close relationship with Bankman-Fried and his family, it hurts me reputationally, says Scaramucci.
As a traditional saying, once the trust is broken, it cannot be fixed at any point. Similarly, Scaramucci shares that his trust on SBF is broken and went wrong.
Unacceptable Betrayal of Sam
Following, it is evident that the fall of the FTX empire has created a terrible crisis all over space. However, the blockchain and crypto industry are decentralized where there is no work for trust factor, Bankman-Fried’s actions will not be an end for the entire industry.
In light to this, Scaramucci adds a quote,
“If anyone who has read Dante Alighieri’s Inferno, ensure that the ninth circle of hell is specially under reservation for SBF for his act of betrayal.”
More so, I thought Sam was the Mark Zuckerberg of crypto but he proved that he is the Bernie Madoff of crypto. In such a way, Scaramucci added these lines, expressing his sorrow over Sam’s betrayal.
