Uk-based challenger bank Revolut announced that the paid customers will be able to withdraw bitcoin from the platform. However, the announcement post has been deleted now.
Moreover, British financial technology company Revolut offers a range of digital banking services in a mobile app targeted at young tech-savvy users. Revolut allows the users to convert their currencies into Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ewthereum, Bitcoin Cash, or XRP.
More so, the beta announcement was set for next week on Thursday. Accordingly, to the deleted blog post, other cryptocurrency withdrawals are also coming soon.
Prior to this, Revolut had made the announcement internally only for the employees stating one staff member had used the feature successfully.
Revolut adds,
“ Huge Revolut milestone to announce. Our public beta for crypto withdrawals has now soft-launched for all eligible users (UK metal customers)”.
Furthermore, Revolut notes that all crypto addresses will prevent vice-like money laundering through the withdrawal feature is done by the blockchain analytics partner.
Revolut Offers Easy Withdrawal Process
Moreover, Revolut said, the withdrawal process is very easy, the user has to add the wallet address, next enter the withdrawal amount, and hit withdraw. To boost security, there is also two-factor authentication required when adding an address. Although, the limitation of withdrawal is £1,000/month or £500/day.
