- Only 10,000 of the NFT-branded candy gift boxes and jars will be available.
- The M&Ms Celebratory Gift Box is available for the price of $59.99 USD.
According to the candy manufacturer, limited quantities of M&Ms will soon be available with Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT artwork. Mars and Universal Music Group’s 10:22 PM label, which acquired the Ape NFT photos from a prominent collector, have reached a licensing agreement.
Mars Wrigley Global Vice President Jane Hwang stated:
“Consumers’ expectations for what they want from their favorite brands [have] shifted, and at Mars, we know we need to be more innovative than ever with such a culturally famous brand like M&M’s.”
Limited Edition For Fans
Mars has developed a limited number of NFT-inspired M&Ms, with the Bored Ape and Kingship emblems printed on each one. Only 10,000 of the NFT-branded candy gift boxes and jars will be available for purchase.
The Gold Gift Boxes are no longer available as they are sold out. The M&Ms Celebratory Gift Box, on the other hand, is still available for purchase for the price of $59.99 USD. For an additional $39.99, one may get the special edition M&Ms Kingship gift jar. No one knows whether Mars will release a second batch of Kingship M&Ms as a limited edition.
It’s no secret that the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) is one of the most talked-about NFT endeavors currently under development. According to information provided by CryptoSlam, Yuga Labs’ NFT collection has produced almost $2.4 billion in secondary trading activity so far.
However, the situation is rather dire for Bored Ape Yacht Club’s non-fungible tokens right now. For apes, the recent floor price was 67 ETH, which is lower than it has been since the beginning of January 2022.
