The Surge to $50
The polkadot platform blockchain is one of the most well established parachain mediums with complete interoperability and cross-chains. Being an open sourced decentralized platform, it extends itself to all sorts of network domains and data transfer at maximum secureness.
Apart from being just a well established blockchain platform with continuous research and development, it plays a prominent role in the crypto chain. The DOT is the native token for the Polkadot platform.
Accordingly, ever since its introduction in the second half of 2020, it has performed remarkably in the market. With its journey starting at just $2.875, within a period of just 7 months, it touched it’s all-time-high of $47.95.
Moreover, the statistics of DOT are so solid, with the graph mostly in greens and surging steadily upwards. Despite having certain declines from its ATH for a period of 3 months, it then spiked back up.
Ever since then, it has been only bullish and nothing else. From a dip of $10.98 it climbed all the way back to $34.78 within just a months’ time.
DOT Current Standings
Just a few hours back, DOT charged drastically from $34.88 all the way to $42.91 just in a few hours. Now DOT currently stands at a price of $40.69 at the time of writing.
Also, taking the last 24 hours into account, DOT has spiked up about 15% profusely. Moreover, the overall market cap of DOT amounts to about nearly $41B.
