Ondo Secures DTCC Fund/SERV Access as Tokenised Funds Close the Gap With Traditional Finance

Ondo Secures DTCC Fund/SERV Access as Tokenised Funds Close the Gap With Traditional Finance Market News
  • Ondo Finance’s Oasis Pro Markets becomes the first tokenisation company to join DTCC Fund/SERV, which processes over 85% of U.S. mutual fund transaction activity.
  • This enables standardised processing, distributions and reporting, while one connection can help tokenised funds scale across the traditional financial ecosystem.

Ondo Finance’s subsidiary Oasis Pro Markets, a U.S. registered broker-dealer, has joined DTCC’s Fund/SERV platform. This is becoming the first tokenisation company to participate in the network that processes over 85% of U.S. mutual fund transaction activity.

This is not a partnership announcement or a pilot program. In addition, it is a direct connection between tokenised funds and the operational backbone of the traditional U.S. fund industry.

Before joining Fund/SERV, reaching traditional fund distributors meant building separate integrations fund by fund, a slow, expensive, and fragmented process that made scaling tokenised products across the traditional financial ecosystem nearly impossible. One connection to Fund/SERV changes that entirely.

What the Integration Actually Unlocks?

Through Fund/SERV, Oasis Pro Markets now connects directly to fund companies, wealth platforms, and service providers across the U.S. fund ecosystem.

Also, standardised transaction processing, reconciliation, fund distributions, tax reporting, and regulatory reporting are all handled through a single connection. Furthermore, the same infrastructure that the traditional fund industry has relied on for decades.

Ian De Bode of Ondo Finance put it plainly:

“We’re excited to be the first tokenization platform to become part of Fund/SERV, establishing a direct connection between tokenized funds and traditional fund distributors through DTCC. Through a single standardized connection, Ondo’s subsidiary Oasis Pro Markets can transact with fund companies, wealth platforms, and service providers without requiring separate integrations. A key piece of infrastructure is now in place for tokenized funds to scale to mainstream adoption.”

What DTCC Sees in This?

DTCC’s position at the intersection of traditional and digital markets is deliberate. The organisation has been building toward this kind of connectivity, and Ondo‘s entry into Fund/SERV is a direct result of that strategy.

Talia Klein, Managing Director and Head of Wealth & Investment Solutions at DTCC, framed it this way:

“As financial markets continue to evolve, interoperability between traditional infrastructure and digital asset ecosystems will be critical to achieving scale and broad market adoption. Ondo’s participation in Fund/SERV demonstrates how established industry infrastructure can support the next phase of market evolution by connecting fund innovation with trusted standards, seamless scalability, operational resiliency and industry connectivity.”

Why This Matters Beyond Ondo?

Ondo being first matters because someone had to be. The path is now open for other tokenisation platforms to follow the same route into Fund/SERV, connecting digital asset products to the same distribution networks that move trillions of dollars in mutual fund activity every year. Moreover, the infrastructure argument for tokenised funds reaching mainstream adoption has always been the missing piece.
