Millions of credit card credentials are traded for crypto assets every day in the Darknet market. Cybercriminals use these cards to make online purchases they may resell for a profit.
“Carding” was a common term for this technique. Stolen credit card sales have fallen as many of the sellers either shut down or were shut down by the police. Collections of $263 million directly result from the market’s efforts. One of the significant stolen credit card retailers, Joker’s Stash, went down last year, followed by UniCC, the second-largest dealer, this year.

When it comes to carding and money laundering, Sky-Fraud is one of the most popular forums among cybercriminals. On the Sky-Fraud forum, sites like Trump’s Dump and Ferum Shop were often brought up. Russian officials have also pulled down the Sky-Fraud forum with a message that reads, “Which one of you is next?” in Russian.
