Binance, the world’s biggest crypto trading platform, has released a Mastercard debit card in the country of Brazil. Binance now offers its customers a debit card that can be used at any location that accepts Mastercard to make purchases using their cryptocurrency holdings.
In addition to the many places where the Binance Card is already popular, Brazilians now have access to it. The card offers instantaneous on-the-spot conversion of cryptocurrencies to EUR.
The cryptocurrency trading platform said in January 2023 that it will be expanding the release of a cryptocurrency debit card. As promised, Binance’s debit card powered by Mastercard is now available in Brazil.
Several Cryptocurrencies Supported
This decision was made when the government finally enacted crypto legislation at the close of 2022. With the passing of that law, Brazil became the latest place where the Binance card may be used as a means of payment for cryptocurrency purchases.
The Binance debit card allows users to make payments in crypto. In addition, the card provides users of the Binance exchange with a variety of benefits that they may take advantage of. One of the benefits is a reduction in the fees incurred by third parties, and another is a reimbursement of up to 8% of the BNB when the card is used in specified ways.
The card may be used at any location that accepts Mastercard in the supported countries. Neither the United States nor the United Kingdom are currently included, and only Euros (EUR) are supported for conversion. However, the Binance card allows for the conversion of several other cryptocurrencies.
