Avatars from the Bored Ape Yacht Club and NFTs from Otherside territory have focused on many discussions over the last several weeks. This week’s most costly NFT sales were made by Yuga Labs, which has now taken the lead in the list of highest-grossing NFT sales with $1.12M worth of transactions. Despite the current pessimistic forecast for the crypto market, otherdeeds have maintained stable pricing. These new land NFTs are selling for hundreds of thousands of dollars to certain eager bidders. Otherdeeds NFT ranked second with $954,330 worth of transactions.
Defying the Overall Crypto Market Trend
Bored Ape Yacht Club, the first collection from Yuga Labs, tops this week’s list due to the growing popularity of Otherdeeds. Bored ape number 17 changed hands four days ago for well over a million dollars. Since the seller has yet to declare their Otherdeeds NFT, the buyer paid this amount for the Bored Ape. According to this week’s sold NFTs, there is a hidden worth of more than $750,000.
One NFT that stands out is CryptoPunk #4551, which changed hands for a whopping $658,010. Yuga Labs is now the top-grossing NFT firm, even though Larva Labs initially developed this collection. In the NFT market, the value is determined by buyers and sellers. Otherside land NFTs have a few properties that make them popular.
Depending on the Otherside land NFT, a Koda may or may not be present. Like the land plots, Koda’s still are of no use whatsoever. These, however, are the most elusive characteristics of Otherside territory. Only 10% of the 100,000 Otherdeeds now in circulation have a Koda. In light of this, three of the top Otherdeeds sales last week were for NFTs with Koda’s attached.
