  • The team has been putting in additional hours of training with international authorities.
  • Binance’s investigative team, comprised of experts, will participate in the initiative.

Binance has been around for a while, and in that time it has earned a solid reputation among crypto traders. It has rapidly gained popularity and is now widely recognized as a major crypto platform.

As cryptocurrency’s profile grew, so did the variety of frauds and vulnerabilities connected to it. More and more people are looking for ways to take advantage of this situation by capitalizing on the smallest security holes in the cryptocurrency industry.

Binance has introduced a worldwide law enforcement training programme in an effort to rein in the exploiters and, hopefully, bring those responsible to justice.

Giving Authorities Edge

The Binance Investigations group has coordinated with local authorities in several different countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, the Netherlands, the Philippines, Sweden, South Korea, and the United Kingdom. During the previous year, these countries participated in over 30 programmes aimed at preventing financial and cybercrime.

Tigran Gambaryan, Binance’s Global Intelligence, and Investigations head stated:

“As more regulators, public law enforcement agencies, and private sector stakeholders look closely at crypto, we are seeing an increased demand for training to help educate on and combat crypto crimes.”

According to Gambaryan, the team has been putting in additional hours of training and work with international authorities. Binance’s investigative team, comprised of experts, will participate in the initiative. Participants in the one-day training event will benefit from a personalized introduction to crypto and blockchain technology.

Additionally, Binance’s anti-money-laundering practices and internal investigation techniques will be discussed. The programme will teach worldwide authorities how to track down criminals who exploit digital assets, and it will help them in their pursuit of these individuals.
