Former NBA great Shaquille O’Neal recently met with Binance’s chief executive officer, Changpeng Zhao (CZ). Binance CEO CZ and the basketball legend met during a game. The company’s top executive uploaded the photo on Instagram. The duo went to the Etihad Arena on Saturday to see the championship game of the NBA Abu Dhabi Games 2022.

No Collaboration Yet
People were psyched after seeing the photograph, hoping to work together. But unfortunately, that’s not the situation here. SHAQ has previously said that he has little interest in the fast-expanding industry. SHAQ has previously turned down a million-dollar offer from a cryptocurrency firm.
Although last year, the NBA star announced the launch of his own collection of non-fungible tokens in collaboration with Ethernity Chain. Released on October 15, the “Shaquille O’Neal: The Eras of Dominance Collection” has five unique NFTs depicting moments from the four-time champion’s tenure with the Los Angeles Lakers, Orlando Magic, and Miami Heat. Ethernity, which has previously created NFTs for sportsmen, including a collection for recently retired boxer Manny Pacquiao, powered the NFTs.
