Leading Islamic financial institution Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) has received the e-marketplace Champion Award. More so, the award is given in recognition of its excellence in digital adoption. From blockchain-powered e-Marketplace TradeAssets.
As part of ADIB’s partnership with TradeAssets, an online marketplace for trade finance transactions, ADIB was the first Islamic bank to successfully utilize Blockchain technology to distribute trade finance last year.
To note, ADIB constantly delivers new technologies in strategic partnership signed with TradeAssets, to strengthen the business productivity. Moreover, the ADIB has got 130 deals with total value of more than $128M till date and 11 Bangladesh banks.
